Complete remodel of an existing dilapidated home in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood. The project was exceptionally tricky due to existing land use issues making the parameters difficult to change. Designed for and collaboration with developer Ethan Nelson, the design created a stylish 3 bedroom home with great views and lots of comfortable living spaces.
